Vitallife @ Bang Krachao Polyclinic and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as the “Clinic” or “we”, as the case may be) are the companies that are accredited to international standards with various specialists for medical treatments. We are a website and application platform provider who conducts services to facilitate website visitors and our patients. This privacy notice (the “Notice”) will cover these following websites:
