What Is PicoFractional Treatment?

PicoFractional is a fractional treatment mode that delivers focused picosecond laser energy into selected areas of the skin.

The treatment can create microscopic zones of optical disruption within the skin, commonly described as laser-induced optical breakdown (LIOB). This controlled photoacoustic effect is intended to trigger a tissue-repair response that may support collagen remodeling and improvement in skin texture.
