Risk factors for "Male Genitalia" deterioration

  • Generally speaking, when we say the "lady bits are not fit" this means that part of the woman's body is not firm or toned. Similar to women, when we say that the “male genitalia are not fit” this means that we look at the size or how strong they are, whether it can be fully extended or not.
  •
  • Nowadays, people work longer hours and harder, which causes more anxiety and stress that lower levels of DHEA, causing adrenal fatigue. Consequently, it decreases sex hormones which affect the erection of "male genitalia".
  •
  • Sexual performance may be impacted if anti-hormonal medications for hair regeneration and anti-hormonal medications for enlarged prostate are taken for an extended period of time.
  •
"Female and males reproductive organs" in the perspective of fertility doctors is intended for sexual activity. There are two reasons for sexual activities between men and women such as, 1. Reproductive purposes and 2. Physical pleasure. As for reproductive purposes, men must have sufficient strength to perform, so they could not be soft. Men must be ready to penetrate the female genitalia with enough semen secretion to fertilize the egg, which will trigger fertility. Many medical processes require hormones as a help since hormones are biochemical substances in the body. The endocrine glands secrete hormones into the bloodstream to various organs to perform their functions.

In this case, the main risk factor for "male genitalia" deterioration is due to hormones. The sex hormone, which is divided into male hormones and female sex hormones, plays a role in the performances of males. Testosterone significantly influenced the way one feels about having sex. When there is full testosterone production during sexual activity, there will be a pleasure, which will improve a healthy relationship between lovers and lead to more affection between them. However, a shortage of or imbalance of sex hormones can lower one ability to perform.

Risk factors for unfit "Male Genitalia"

If the "male genitalia" or "penis" is still in good condition, the veins must have expanded and there must be adequate blood flow to the region. Due to testosterone's role in muscle growth and fat burning, there is no fat in the blood vessels.

A happy chemical called "endorphin" is secreted when healthy testosterone is produced. Happiness-inducing chemicals are released to promote rest, stress alleviation, and sound sleep. Moreover, the growth hormone positively impacts sexual, emotional, and physical health.

In this case, all men need to keep their hormone levels under control and at a healthy level. If sex hormones are healthy, it also promotes the health of other bodily parts.

The sexual hormone is formed from cholesterol, a substance that has undergone modifications in the adrenal glands due to the hormone DHEAs, which is connected to the stress hormone cortisol. Increased stress and anxiety caused adrenal fatigue because of the lowering of DHEA levels. Sex hormones start to decline as a result.

Anti-cholesterol medication led to decreased sex hormone production, combined with hard work and inadequate rest tired the adrenal glands. In order for the "male genitalia" to function properly, thorough care must be provided by balancing hormones according to anti-aging principles. This care is required because the hormone that serves as the building block for sex hormones will be reduced.

In the past, it was once believed that erectile dysfunction problems only affected persons over the age of 50 to 60. Today, it was discovered that this issue can also affect young people, especially those between the ages of 30 and 40. Stress is a contributing factor to this problem in young adults. It was also determined that it was caused by additional factors, such as:

Failure to stick to a circadian rhythm (24 hours cycle), or biological clock, during which there should have been a rest and sleep period. As sex hormones are created at night while men are sleeping peacefully in the dark, sleep is crucial to the production of sex hormones in males. And in order to sleep soundly through the night, individuals must go to bed by 10 PM, per their biological clock. Due to this, testosterone production will increase significantly and peak in the morning. It is indeed visible if you wake up in the morning that your penis, or "male genitalia," awoke with an erection, indicating that your hormonal system is still functioning properly.

    Erectile Dysfunction Testing Method

Most men normally do not bother to immediately visit a specialist in this field if they are having dysfunction issues. However, they frequently seek medical advice on anti-aging, in which the physician will need to take a thorough medical history. This is because medication, especially those that lower cholesterol or fat, is an important element that prevents the body from producing sex hormones. Moreover, regular usage of sleeping medicines, blood pressure medications, and digestive antacids all have a significant impact on male sexual behavior.

The anti-aging physician will examine all of the hormone levels in the body's systems after getting a medical history. This includes testing for hormones produced by the pituitary gland, adrenal gland hormones, thyroid hormone, insulin hormone, and sex hormones, among others. Due to the interconnected nature of hormones, this process is crucial. Doctors will become aware of the issue and be able to design the best course of action once all hormones have been examined.

Examining the hormone levels should not only test for testosterone but should examine the entire system. As was previously mentioned, hormones in the body function as a whole. As a result, testosterone testing alone cannot pinpoint the precise cause and actions for treatment.

If the insulin hormone, which regulates excessively high sugar levels, does not function properly, there is a risk that sugar will convert to fat and clog arteries. Additionally, the growth hormone-producing brain tissue is restricted by the malfunctioning hormone insulin. Therefore, the entire hormone system should be examined to determine the primary factors or other elements that contribute to difficulties if there is a problem with the body that is assumed to be caused by the influence of hormones.

Hormone levels should be checked in the morning, at least 8 to 10 hours without food or water. The time between 7 am and 9 am is best for testing because the testosterone is at its maximum level.

Other risk factors that may cause erectile dysfunction:

  • Drugs: Anti-hormone medications to treat an enlarged prostate and anti-hormone medications to develop hair may affect the body. Long-term use of these two medicines may also have an impact on sexual performance.
  • Age: Aging can cause the male genitalia to take longer to get erected or unable to be fully erect.
  • Medical Conditions: Diabetes or Heart disease
  • Smoking: Smoking can cause erectile dysfunction by reducing blood flow to the veins and arteries.
  • Weight: Obese or overweight
  • Surgery: Prostate surgery
  • Cancer treatment: Radiation therapy for cancer
  • Injuries: This factor may damage the nerves or arteries that control erection
  • Mental health problems: This include stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Poor lifestyle: Long-term use of drugs or drinking alcohol heavily

For males, erectile dysfunction is sensitive to influences on the physical and psychological aspects. If neglected, men may have a decline in self-confidence, struggle with libido, and have issues in marital life. As a result, if there is a problem, one should see a doctor for guidance and appropriate care.
